Incredibly inspirational! Many people feel overwhelmed by the idea of returning to school to obtain their college degree. Schmidt uses himself as an example to encourage those who have these doubts. He proves how simple it really is to improve your life by getting an education, all the while dealing with the responsibilities of family and life.
