It can be a book, CD, DVD, television show, website etc?
Please name the Item and state your reason why you found it the best out of everything you've researched and why it's helped either "your knowledge for planning" for pregnancy or "knowledge' for during pregnancy or just helped in any parenting skills in general.
Thank you.
There are two books I have. One is What to Expect When Your Expecting. This is just an amazing book. It answers questions that are quite common for women and couples to have about symptoms you are having and has a lot of great advice in it. It guides you through the development of your child, what happens each month, diets to follow, and information just in case things go wrong.
My doctor actually gave us a book called "While Waiting". This is very informative. It takes you through the most common pregnancy symptoms and what happens with your developing baby and body and it shows what months those symptoms are most common to appear or reappear. It also tells you why you are feeling the way you are.
It's a great guide so that you know if something is normal or not before you become concerned.
